The modern fully-equipped moulding shop is designed to meet a wide variety of needs. 60 injection moulding machines ranging from 75 T to 1400 T clamping force are able to cater for an extensive range of component sizes. The plant has Centralized Raw Material Feeding System thus eliminating chances of contamination and improving production efficiency. The Plastic materials processed range from LDPE, HDPE, PP, HIPS to plain and filled grades of ABS, Nylons, POM, PBT, Polycarbonate and High Heat Engineering plastics (PEEK & PPS).
The moulded parts are Painted, Printed, Plated or Assembled as per customer requirement. Two painting lines and flexible assembly lines cater to many thousand units per day. Millions of parts including Chrome Plated Handles, Logos, Bezels and others are custom made at the facility.
